At PedL, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PedL account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
